Who can use the site

You need to be 18 or older to hold an account and 25 to rent. Your account is yours — what happens with your email and your sign-in codes is your responsibility.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability are worked out live and can change until you book. If a price shows up wrong through an obvious error, we'll tell you and cancel without charge rather than hold you to it.

Car photos are of that car or an identical one. Colour and trim can vary; what you book is the model and class.

What isn't allowed

No scraping the site, no automated booking, no probing the security, no impersonating anyone, and no using the chat to send spam or abuse. Real people read that chat.

Content

The text, photos and design of this site are ours. What you upload — trip photos, documents — stays yours; you give us permission to use it to run the rental and settle claims.

No warranty on the site

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and accurate, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

Nothing here limits liability the law doesn't allow us to limit. Beyond that, our liability for your use of the site is limited to what you paid for the related rental.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
